Dispatch conditions
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 3,50 € per order in Germany.
From a order value of 30.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost in Germany.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
Zone 1 (EU):
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland), France (except overseas regions), Greece (except for Athos mountain), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourgh, Malta, Netherlands (except regions out of Europe), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus/Republic (except the Northern part)
Shipping costs are € 15,00. Shipping time is 2-5 days.
Zone 2 (Europe Non-EU):
Aland (Finland), Andorra, Albania, Armenia, Aserbaijan, Athos mountain (GR), Bosnien-Herzegowina, Campione d'Italia (IT), Ceuta (E), Faroe Islands (DK), Georgia, Gibraltar (GB), Greenland (DK), Guernsey (GB), Iceland, Jersey (GB), Canary Islands (E), Kasachstan , Kosovo (Serbian province), Liechtenstein, Livigno (IT), Macedonia, Melilla (E), Moldavia (Republic), Montenegro (Republic), Norway, Russian Federation, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia (Republic), Turkey, Ukrainia, Vatican City, Belarus, Cyprus/Republic (North)
Shipping costs are € 30,00. Shipping takes 5-8 days.
Out of Europe
Shipping costs for countries out of Europe, with the exception of USA are € 42.
Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 2 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 3 - 21 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
